Here's my point of view

This place is fantastic! We enjoyed the clean and spacious Standard Double Room. The atmosphere was calm, thanks to hammocks outside every door. Located right by the beach and a lively strip of restaurants, the staff made sure we felt safe and welcomed. Can't wait to return for New Year's Eve!

Truly enjoyed my stay, it was really great. I could see swimming pool from the standard double room. The setting was excellent and absolutely perfect, so close to all the restaurants and the ocean and the adjacent beach and the ocean.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Standard Double Room. The beach access was unbeatable, and the hammocks outside my door were perfect for chilling. Had a bit of trouble with the reception and a misunderstanding about room rates, but overall, great value!

I was almost ready to leave a good review for this hotel, but then i remembered my room lacked hot water and the staff seemed utterly disinterested. I also expected a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, but that must be too much to ask. Next time, i'll skip this. It's all very dismal, really.

The hotel features a clean environment with fantastic pool views and a friendly, attentive staff. Guests can enjoy a delicious variety of breakfast options. Its magnificent location is just a short walk from many restaurants and the ocean, and it's conveniently only a 10-minute drive from Niagara Falls Golf Club.
